About Azrzilla’s Garbino Bianco:

Agricola Arzilla was founded by Claudio Tornati and Diego Drude in 2020, self-described as two ‘wacky old men.’ Their goal was to create great natural wine from seven hectares in the countryside above the sea-side (Adriatico) town of Pesaro in The Marche. Their motto- attributed to Lucio Dalla “the exceptional feat, believe me, is being natural.” Garbino is local slang for the hot Saharan wind blowing in from the Adriatico. A Pet Nat made from 100% Bianchello (Biancame) grapes, vigorous and disease resistant, making fresh crisp and herbaceous white wine, native to Marche, and believed by Ian D’Agata distinct from Trebbiano. Hazy and light amber in the glass. Nose of white flowers and peach, flavors of licorice, ripe peach and pear.

About Arzilla Cavour:

Manually harvested, gently crushed, four days of skin contact, six months in steel with lees contact. Light amber, savory aromatics, medium-bodied with apricot/raisin flavor and good length

About Arzilla Gazza:

Made from Sangiovese (in purezza), sees 21 days of carbonic maceration followed by six months of rest in steel. Light medium ruby in the glass. Savory and toasted nose. A light-bodied summer red of ripe red fruitiness.
